Shrinivas Acharya has started his initial training from his mother Mrs. Shailashri Acharya and later under the wings of Pt. Vishwanath Pendharkar who has imparted lessons of Solo Harmonium. And now for the last ten years, he is a Ganda bandha Shishya of Pt. Purushottam Walawalkar.
Shrinivas has accompanied Padma Bhushan Pt. C.R. Vyas, Padmashri Begam Parween Sultana, Padmashri Shobha Guru and other talented artists such as Ust. Rashid Khan, Pt. Prabhakar Karekar, Ms. Dewaki Pandit etc.
Shrinivas has participated in all major classical events in India such as Gunidas Sangeet Sammela, Sawai Gandharva Mahotsav-Pune, and many other music events.
Also participated in World Music Festival-Morocco, Dubai Shopping Festival-Dubai, Indian Music Festival-London and many other Classical Music Festivals around the world.
