“Navasarjan Lalit Kala Foundation” in association with “Rithwik Foundation for Performing Arts” is hosting a 2 day event in Pune to pay tribute to Guru Rohini Bhate through the theme –
“Anvat – Unleashing Artistry Beyond Limits”
This year 2024, marks the birth centenary year of legendary Kathak exponent and art scholar, late Guru Rohini Bhate. She had a strong connection with the roots of the artform, but she actively explored and expanded the boundaries of Kathak and opened new horizons for the newer generations to come.
This year also marks the silver jubilee year for Rujuta Soman Cultural Academy (RSCA) , founded by Rujuta Soman, an Internationally proclaimed Kathak artist, and also the founder of Navasarjan Lalit Kala Foundation.
