Rithwik Foundation is proud to present a special March edition program, by the father-son duo Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and Salil Bhatt.
This performance was originally a part of ‘Gaanasaraswati Mahotsav 2024’, a program organised by Natyasampada Pratishthan in association with Rithwik Foundation for Performing Arts.
It will be broadcast on our digital platform ‘Sharada Rangamancha’ as well as on our Youtube channel.

Son of Grammy Award winner Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Salil has captivated audiences worldwide with his dynamic performances, blending traditional Indian ragas with global influences.
A trailblazer in his field, Salil is the first Indian musician to perform inside the German Parliament and in Iceland.
His international collaborations have earned him a Pre-Grammy Award nomination and a Juno Award nomination for his album Slide to Freedom 2 – Make a Better World.
Trained by his father, Salil’s playing style on the Satvik Veena seamlessly combines the vocal expressiveness (gayaki) and instrumental virtuosity (tantrakari) of Indian classical music, making him a true innovator and ambassador of Indian music on the global stage.
