Born into a music loving family, Jayesh Rege is an “A” graded tabla player of All India Radio.
He studied tabla with Sadanand Naimpalli of the Farrukhabad Gharana.
Jayesh performs as a solo tabla artist and as an accompanist for dance, vocal, string and wind musicians. He has also performed in percussion ensembles. Jayesh has won many music competitions and awards. He has also been conferred the title “TAL-MANI “by Sur-Singar Samsad.
