Cancellation Policy

1. Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least Seven Days before a scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the seats. You may cancel by phone or online here.
2. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee.
3. I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend I understand that I can transfer to a friend.
4. Cancellation refund percentages are liable to vary as per individual event organizer’s terms and conditions.
